Higher-thrust Williams FJ44 engines than the CJ1. Range covers regional destinations per the range map.

The pressurized cabin seats up to 6 passengers in a four-seat club arrangement —two facing two with fold-down side tables— plus two separate rear seats (5 and 6) of the same type, both forward-facing (not a divan). Aft of those seats there is a certified lateral position (marked + on the diagram) that is not offered to passengers; this aircraft has no lavatory.
